This week on Friday Night Racing, Ger Gilroy and Johnny Ward were joined by champion jockey Donnacha O'Brien.
The 20-year-old comes from a family with fine horse racing pedigree with his father being multiple champion trainer Aidan O'Brien and his brother is trainer and former flat jockey Joseph O'Brien.
The 2016 Irish flat racing champion apprentice jockey discussed a number of matters from his fairly restricted diet during the race season to the winners he rode and the way in which he can innately know the attitude of particular horses.
As always, Johnny gave us out his Charity Bet for the week which goes to the Irish Injured Jockeys Fund.
