It's fair to say, Arsenal Fan TV isn't everyone's cup of tea but judging by the millions of views it receives across social media, the channel is compulsive viewing for many.

Last week, Arsenal Fan TV founder and presenter Robbie Lyle was in Dublin for the club's pre-season game against Chelsea at Aviva Stadium.

You can listen to the full review on the podcast player or on iTunes:

So he dropped in for a chat with me on Team 33 to discuss how Arsenal Fan TV has grown since he created it in 2012, what the future holds for the channel and Arsenal FC, as well as the criticism they face including from the club's players like Hector Bellerin who famously had his say at Oxford Union last season.

Speaking ahead of this week's news that Arsenal owner Stan Kroenke (or Silent Stan to some of his Arsenal critics) will increase his majority stake in the club, Lyle expressed his reservations about the US billionaire and his plans for the Gunners.

Meanwhile, Lyle also talked about the fans who have made Arsenal Fan TV famous including Claude (who we previously interviewed three years ago), DT and Troopz and how he originally encountered them.

He also discussed the criticism aimed at Arsenal Fan TV by Arsenal right back Hector Bellerin last season in regards to the Catalan footballer's view that their presence has been far from helpful for the club.

And Team 33 co-presenter and Arsenal fan (if you haven't noticed over the last four year) Joe Coffey also had his say on the Gunners' first summer of the post-Arsene Wenger era.

Recent interviews on Team 33 include former Man United cult hero Andrei Kanchelskis, ex-England international Carlton Palmer, former Newcastle and Everton left back Alessandro Pistone, Chelsea legends Bobby Tambling and Paddy Mulligan, Dutch legend Johan Neeskens, ex-England striker Darius Vassell, Liverpool legend David Fairclough, former Ireland midfielder Mark Kinsella, USA captain Eric Lichaj and former Everton forward Tomasz Radzinski. Plus our in-depth chats with Tony CotonPackie BonnerNobby SolanoRon Atkinson and Alan Curbishley are still available on iTunes. You can find them all in one place by subscribing to Team 33 on iTunes.
