The latest Team of the Decade on Off The Ball is Johnny Ward's League of Ireland selection.
It's a period that has seen Dundalk dominate the second half of the decade, while Cork City also shone for a time.
Meanwhile, Shamrock Rovers made a good start to the 2010s while Sligo Rovers and St Patrick's Athletic won leagues in the middle of the decade.
Justifications
But who made the cut individually for Johnny? He made his choices before and during tonight's Football Show. Did Dundalk players dominate his team? Did a few unexpected names make it in?
Coerced into choosing a LOI team of the decade on @offtheball this eve, circa 8.35pm. Wasn't easy, or at least two/three positions weren't. Picked a serious side, not sure about defensive shape though (4-1-4-1).
