WATCH: Trent Alexander-Arnold ups the ante with #StayAtHome Challenge

Liverpool star Trent Alexander-Arnold has been impressing us all for quite some time, and his unique take on the #StayAtHome Challenge is unsurprisingly very good also.

We've already seen some impressive takes from the likes of Peter Crouch, Jimmy Bullard, and John Egan, with plenty of toilet rolls used in the process.

The 21-year-old Merseysider decided to steer clear from using loo paper though, and has opted for the old-fashioned football instead.

Alexander-Arnold's accuracy is perhaps no surprise, given he was entered into the Guinness Book of World Records last October for the most Premier League assists by a defender in a single season.

His 12 assists last season weren't enough however to see Jurgen Klopp's side miss out on the title to Manchester City by just a solitary point.

"It's an honour. I've always wanted to go forward and help the team to create as many chances as possible," Alexander-Arnold said of his record.

“It's obviously down to the lads to put the ball into the back of the net, because football is a team game and without them, the manager and all the support in the background, this record wouldn't be possible.

“I always used to read the Guinness World Records book as a kid because they’re fun to read, to see the different records and what people are up to all around the world. It’s an unbelievably proud moment for me and all of my family – and hopefully something that will stand for a few years.”

Liverpool sat an incredible 25 points clear of nearest rivals City (with a game more played) when the Premier League season was postponed due to the coronavirus outbreak.

The suspension of football in England due to COVID-19 was extended until April 30 but Premier League bosses have stated they are willing to extend the season indefinitely, to finish it out.
