Xavi has announced his retirement from international football.
The Barcelona star represented Spain on 133 occasions picking up two European Championships in 2008 and 2012 and a World cup along the way.
The 2014 World Cup was the 34-year-old's fourth World Cup appearance.
Former Liverpool captain Jamie Carragher has tweeted that Xavi is the best central midfielder he has ever scene in international football.
