Viewed as a Norwegian Jurgen Klopp, Celtic's potential new manager Ronny Deila has built a reputation as a man capable of delivering success on a small budget.
The 38-year-old led unfancied Strømsgodset IF to the Norwegian league title in 2013 to add to the 2010 Cup triumph.
And his success has not gone unnoticed with Celtic said to be keen on bringing him to Scotland.
But what can Celtic fans expect from Deila? To find out, we spoke to Norwegian sports journalist Oyvind Alsaker of TV2.
"He's one of the good, young Norwegian managers around these days and in my opinion he is the most exciting prospect we have right now and he also has a lot of experience actually," said Alsaker, citing his work at Strømsgodset since 2008.
"The club does not have a lot of money compared to a lot of other clubs in Norway. So he's done it with little money and done it in a very attractive way. They play good football and play a certain style that you can recognise year on year, even though the best players move on," said Alsaker.
However he warned that other highly-rated Norwegian managers like Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Henning Berg have not tasted success as yet in British football. But he felt both those names tried to change things too fast and he also feels the fact that Deila's first games would be Champions League qualifiers does not help.
But he has an eye for a bargain and also knows how to develop players at Celtic midfielder Stefan Johansen can testify to.
Alsaker also gave us a real insight into the type of tactics and players he favours, comparing him to Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers.
