Dundalk manager Stephen Kenny admitted his side were "outplayed" against BATE Borisov and has urged fans to get behind his team for the their Champions League qualifier second leg on Tuesday night.
The Premier Division champions were beaten last week 1-0 in Belarus and will be hoping to overturn the deficit to progress to the next round.
The match will be played at Tallaght Stadium instead of Oriel Park because the Dundalk's home pitch (Oriel Park which features an artificial surface) does not fit Uefa stadium standards.
"We want a real passionate support in the stadium this Tuesday," Kenny told dundalkfc.com. "There will be people travelling from Dundalk. There are buses and everything going to Tallaght and we appreciate the support.
"The general public in Dublin will be there too and we appreciate every bit of support that we get. It’d be great if we could have that great passionate support behind us on Tuesday night in Tallaght Stadium.
"We were outplayed on Tuesday in Belarus. It wasn’t our intention to be as defensive as we were. It was just the way that the game unfolded. We had to defend a lot more than we would have liked. At times we were caress ourselves and made some mistakes.
"No two games are the same. That’s something I have learned over the last few years. No two games are ever the same. I feel that we can play a lot better than we did last Tuesday night.
"I feel that we can raise our level again. I believe in the players and their talent. We feel that we can progress and we want to do that. We have a talented group and I believe we can get through."
The Lilywhites are without the injured Brian Gartland who remains out after having surgery on his broken wrist while captain Stephen O’Donnell and midfielder Ronan Finn are doubtful with knee and groin injuries respectively.
The game will be shown live on eir Sport tomorrow evening, with kick-off at 8pm.
