After Juventus were relegated to Serie B in 2006, a number of their biggest players stayed with them, including goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon.
At the time, the decision was seen as rather strange, but has been repeatedly praised since, and has been a part of the reason that Buffon has gained a huge amount of respect in the game.
This Christmas, as part of a media event where young supporters could ask him questions, a 10-year-old boy named Lorenzo wanted to know why he stayed with the club even through that tough time.
Buffon's response revealed that he had given a lot of thought to the issue at the time and since, and that it was about something bigger than just the relegation.
"I thought of you guys. I thought about you because I really believe at times you need to stop talking and take action".
He added that "without making big statements, I decided that it was a great opportunity to send out a message to those who wanted to listen".
