Football teams releasing songs for tournaments or cup finals may seem like something from the 1980s or 90s but not for the Welsh national team.
When you have not qualified for a tournament since 1958 why wouldn't you release one in 2016? That's the mentality of the Welsh FA as they have teamed up with the Manic Street Preachers to record 'Together Stronger (C'mon Wales)'.
The song is to be released in May ahead of Wales' first appearance in the European Championships. The band confirmed the news on Tuesday afternoon.

It's with great pride we can announce the Manics are providing the official Wales Euro 2016 song - 'Together Stronger (C'mon Wales)'.

Members of the team met the band on Monday afternoon when the song was recorded ahead of the friendlies against Northern Ireland and Ukraine. All funds raised from the single will go to charity.
Will the song be any better than Ireland's Euro 2012 version? The song was a collaboration between the Irish team, Damien Dempsey, Bressie, Danny O'Reilly and The Dubliners.
