Ireland will commence their Euro 2016 campaign in June but the latest discussion is focusing on their gear.
Official kit manufacturers Umbro published a Tweet yesterday featuring a jersey showcasing some embroidery commemorating the 100 year anniversary of the 1916 Rising.
The Tweet also pointed to Ireland's upcoming friendly against Switzerland on Good Friday which neatly coincides with the Easter Rising remembrance.
It prompted many fans to assume that Ireland would be wearing the jersey for that game while others believed that the jersey was designed to feature at the European Championships.

But Umbro have since issued another Tweet, insisting that nothing has been confirmed with regards how the kit will be used to honour the historic events of 1916.
It remains to be seen what Umbro and the FAI will do with this specially commissioned jersey.
Just to clarify, we never said that the attached image was for anything in particular... #assumptionsbeingmade pic.twitter.com/hvvp2RGKAS
