Transfer rumours: Who is being linked to your club?

We take a look at the weekend's transfer rumours, in this silliest of seasons.

Let us know on our Twitter page which excite, which are patent nonsense and which are somewhere in between.

Sunday's transfer rumours

Arsenal

Arsenal are looking to bring in backup for the full-back positions in January, and The Athletic have information via their Arsenal correspondent David Ornstein that the club are in 'advanced talks' to sign PSG left-back Layvin Kurzawa.

Meanwhile, the Daily Mail have reported that PSG manager Thomas Tuchel believes Kurzawa needs to stay as he is second-choice left-back after Juan Bernat.

Meanwhile, Mundo Deportivo believe that if Atletico Madrid's move for PSG's Edinson Cavani fails, then they will try to sign Alexandre Lacazette. Atleti coach Diego Simeone is a long-standing fan of the French striker.

Aston Villa

The Birmingham Mail have quoted Aston Villa manager Dean Smith as saying the signing of Genk striker Mbwana Samatta is 'very close'.

Villa have been in the market for a striker since before their main forward Wesley Moraes was injured for the season.

Everton

The Sunday Mirror write that the Toffees are looking to make a £30m bid for former Liverpool midfielder Emre Can, whose game time at Juventus is limited.

Everton are light on numbers in midfield following the horror injury to Andre Gomes in November.

Liverpool

The Mirror also believe that Liverpool will look to sign RB Leipzig's Timo Werner in the summer, in a bid to add to their striking options.

Manchester United

The Sun on Sunday Manchester United are looking to Lille director of football Luis Campos to be installed as their Director of Football at the club. Campos had been linked to the same role at Tottenham Hotspur earlier in the season.

In terms of playing staff, The Daily Star Sunday write that United will be beaten to the signing of Ajax's Donny van de Beek.

Manchester City

Across the city, Manchester City might be about to lose their manager Pep Guardiola to PSG, if the Sunday Express are to be believed.

Tottenham Hotspur

The Evening Standard report that Spurs are in the market for a striker to replace Harry Kane, who is out until April. They have been linked with Porto's striker Zé Luís and AC Milan's Krzysztof Piątek.
