West Brom manager Tony Pulis has been ordered to pay over £3.5 million to former club Crystal Palace.
A Premier League mediation panel has ruled against him in a dispute over a bonus payment he received after helping the London side avoid relegation in 2014.
Pulis resigned from his job just before the 2014-2015 season, ending a reign of only nine months which saw him lead the Eagles to Premier League safety after taking charge in November 2013.
The case was brought against Pulis by Palace co-chairman Steve Parish.
