If Manchester United are finding the net three times in one game these days, there must be something going right.
Of course, their fans would also prefer not to let in three goals on the same day, as happened at Newcastle on Tuesday night.
Either way, we were spoilt for choice midweek with Liverpool and Arsenal also providing an exciting 3-3 draw at Anfield.
Liverpool and Manchester United renew their rivalry from the safety of upper midtable this weekend, while Arsenal head to their favourite destination ... Stoke's Britannia.
So what stats should you keep in mind for Saturday and Sunday's fixtures?
Walters winds up Arsenal
The Britannia Stadium does not hold many happy memories for Arsene Wenger and his team over the last few years.
Most importantly, it was the scene of the horrendous leg break suffered by an up-and-coming Aaron Ramsey in 2010 in a challenge with Stoke defender Ryan Shawcross.
Fortunately, it's been nice to see Ramsey has been able to get his career back on track since then to become one of the Premier League's leading midfielders.
Less nice is the nonsensical booing he receives upon his return to the Britannia.
But for matters on the pitch, Arsenal's record away at Stoke is shoddy. In fact, the last time they won there was the night of Ramsey's injury in 2010 when his visibly shaken team-mates rallied and won 3-1.
The Gunners' record in that stadium since then now reads three defeats and two draws, and Ireland's Jon Walters really enjoys being part of a side which holds up the current league leaders.
He has scored three goals in his last five home games against Arsenal, including the third goal in December 2014's 3-2 win.

Van Gaal finds his Elvis-like groove against Liverpool
Also on Sunday, is the aforementioned Liverpool v Manchester United clash at Anfield.
Jurgen Klopp has been calling Alex Ferguson the John Lennon of football, but the Liverpool manager should be more worried about the current Manchester United incumbent Louis van Gaal.
The Dutchman has been a bit of an Elvis figure when it comes to head-to-head results against the Merseysiders as Manchester United boss, winning 2-1 at Anfield last season with the help of Steven Gerrard's rush of blood to the head and the acrobatics of Juan Mata.
And Van Gaal has led his team to 3-0 and 3-1 wins over Liverpool at Old Trafford since replacing David Moyes to make it three wins from three Premier League head-to-heads.
Of course, Klopp has yet to face Van Gaal in the league, given that Brendan Rodgers presided over the 3-1 loss at Old Trafford in September.
Goals to come at Villa Park ... and probably for Leicester
With Arsenal up against Stoke, it gives Leicester City a chance at going top again if the Gunners slip up.
That is helped by the fact that they are up against the worst team in the division as they visit Aston Villa.
However, Remi Garde's side did win at home to Crystal Palace on Tuesday.
At least we can be guaranteed some action between the two. Of their last seven league meetings - which takes us back to April 2002 - four have featured at least four goals in the game, with the most recent meeting finishing 3-2 to Leicester.
Villa don't tend to score much these days which could see the goals dry up - although Leicester are more than capable of providing four goals alone in this fixture of Jamie Vardy and Riyad Mahrez are on fire.
However, Claudio Ranieri's jovial smile will falter when he notes that neither player has scored in their last four matches in a run which saw Leicester net just once (fortunately for them that was a Robert Huth winner against Spurs).
