Swansea City look set to sign two strikers in an effort to replace the outgoing Andre Ayew, who is closing in on a move to West Ham, according to reports.
The Swans are in talks with Atletico Madrid over Borja Baston, who was a massive hit on loan at Eibar last season, bagging 18 goals in 36 La Liga games. They are also close to bringing in Fernando Llorente after the former Athletic Bilbao man failed to make an impact at Sevilla last season.
West Ham, following on from their success last season, are looking to fortify their attack and have agreed a fee believed to be in the region of £20 million for the former Marseille man. He was excellent for Swansea early on in the season but could do little to help the Welsh club's decline as the season continued.
Slaven Bilic has provided an air of confidence into the London club and they often played an attacking brand of football last season with Dmitri Payer the architect behind much of it. Ayew will take some of that attention off Payet as Bilic looks to impress during his second year at the club and the club's first year at the Olympic Stadium - their new home.
Swansea have also enquired about the availability of Leicester's stand-in striker in Leonardo Ulloa but this might prove to be a back-up plan if either of Baston or Llorente's moves collapse.
