The Czech goalkeeper injured himself in the final moments of the game as Arsenal missed the chance to move to within three points of leaders Leicester City. Afterwards, Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger confirmed that Cech will be replaced by Colombian international David Ospina on Sunday.
Wenger: "Cech got a muscular problem at the end of the game. He will not play on Saturday. I have full faith in Ospina." #AFCvSCFC

Cech has started all but one of Arsenal's Premier League games this season. The 33-year-old has more clean sheets than any other goalkeeper in the league this season.
