Aston Villa and Ireland legend Paul McGrath did not hide his feelings about Joleon Lescott today.
After Villa's relegation from the Premier League was confirmed yesterday, Villa defender Lescott described it as "a weight off the shoulders", remarks which have led to much criticism from fans and ex-players.
McGrath, was unhappy with the former England international's comments and took to Twitter to share his thoughts, as well as branding the player as a "slime bag" and "disgrace":
Thruth is I will not have a Villa player blame the supporters for their shortcomings ur crap end of take responsibility Lestott and Co !
