Norwich and Northern Ireland forward Kyle Lafferty has been fined £23,000 by the English Football Association after accepting a betting charge.
He breached rules over a bet placed earlier this year.
Footballers in the top eight tiers of the English game are banned from gambling on any football match anywhere in the world.
"The Norwich City forward breached FA Rule E8 in respect of a bet placed on the result, progress, conduct or any other aspect of, or occurrence in, a football match or competition on 20 February 2016," the FA confirmed on their website.
Lafferty featured for Northern Ireland during their Euro 2016 campaign, with his goals having been crucial en route to qualification.
