UFC middleweight champion Michael Bisping says he is relishing fighting in front of a home crowd and insists he is going to punish Dan Henderson, claiming he "owes him one".
Bisping dethroned Luke Rockhold in the first round at UFC 199 and will face Dan Henderson at UFC 204 in Manchester on October 8.
The pair have previously met before at UFC 100 in 2009, where Henderson emerged winner via KO. Bisping, however, reckons there will be a different outcome this time around.
"I'm gonna put a beating on Dan Henderson like he's never experienced," he told Champions.
"I'm gonna make him feel every one of his 46 years. He's gonna know that he's had his ass kicked thoroughly, but I was going to plan on doing that whether we had fought before or not.
I will beat the living daylights out of him but I will do that to everyone I fight. We are going to fight, it's kill or be killed. He's going to try and do it to me and I'm certainly going to try and do it to him.
"Dan Henderson's gonna get beat to a living pulp.
"I'm gonna toy with him for two rounds. I'm gonna make him feel old and slow and embarrass him and in the third round I'm gonna knock him out cold."
He continued: "I wouldn't say it's important [to get revenge]. Yeah, I owe him one but it's not like it keeps me up at night."
