Everton boss Roberto Martinez has dismissed speculation that Ireland full-back Seamus Coleman will be sold to Manchester United in the January transfer window.
The Donegal man has been linked with a switch to Old Trafford but his manager has ruled any notion that the two sides are in talks over a transfer.
“The last thing we want is to lose impostant players,” said Martinez when asked directly about Coleman.
The Spaniard also insisted the Goodison Park outfit had not been contacted by United regarding the Irishman.
