Liverpool dropped points in the Premier League on Saturday through a 1-1 draw with Brighton & Hove Albion at the Amex.
The game may represent more than two points lost though and could be quite costly as yet another of Jürgen Klopp's side picked up an injury.
This time it was James Milner who had to go off in the 74th minute due to a hamstring issue.
Curtis Jones replaced the 34-year-old midfielder.
Klopp will be sweating over Milner's fitness with his side already depleted with the loss of Virgil van Dijk, Joe Gomez, Trent Alexander-Arnold and new signing Thiago all through injury.
Before the game, Klopp had been critical of Liverpool having to feature in the lunchtime game on Saturday after playing in Europe during the week - where they lost 2-0 to Atalanta at Anfield.
The German boss did not hold back when speaking to BT Sport in his post-match interview.
He directly blamed the broadcaster for his side having being in this fixture, which he felt was the reason for Milner picking up the injury.
"I don't know how often I have to say it, you [BT Sport] picked the 12.30 kick-off, you.
"Between now and the new year there is one other team playing on Wednesday and then Saturday at 12.30.
"After Wednesday, 12.30 on Saturday is really dangerous for the players."

Liverpool went ahead thanks to a Diogo Jota goal right on the hour mark and the hosts equalised through a Pascal Gross penalty in injury time of the second half.
The Reds also had goals from Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane ruled out for being offside.
They must now prepare to take on Ajax at Anfield in the Champions League on Tuesday night before playing Wolves in the Premier League next Sunday.
