Liberia's football association chairman Musa Bility has announced plans to stand for the FIFA Presidency, stating it's Africa's time to lead world football.
He becomes the second candidate to confirm he will run after former Brazilian international Zico put his hat in the ring.
FIFA has called an extraordinary meeting of its executive committee for July, when the date for the presidential elections will be decided - they are expected between December 2015 and April 2016.
"Africa is the largest voting bloc in Fifa and we must take the lead to bring football together. We all agree that football is facing a difficult moment and it is in difficult moments that great leaders emerge," he said.
