Lee Casciaro wrote his name into the history books of Celtic FC on Tuesday night.
The striker scored the only goal of the game, as the Gibraltarian champions Lincoln Red Imps defeated Celtic 1-0 in the First Leg of their Champions League tie.
Casciaro's goal was not the first time he caused red faces in the Scottish football community though.
In March 2015, Casciaro scored the first competitive goal ever for Gibraltar's national team. The goal came against Scotland in Hampden Park during the Euro 2016 qualifiers.
Casciaro equalised for the team, a minute after a Shaun Maloney penalty had given Gordon Strachan's side the lead. The minnows were level with the Scots for a further ten minutes before Scotland went on to win the game 6-1.
It was one of only two goals scored by the team in that campaign as they conceded a record 56 goals, 20 more than both Andorra and San Marino.
Who knew a policeman could cause so much trouble on a football pitch?
