Marc Wilson appears to be on his way out of Stoke after an online dig at Mark Hughes for the lack of defensive training under the Welsh manager.
Hughes has proven himself to be an attacking coach with signings such as Xherdan Shaqiri, Bojan Krcic and Ibrahim Afellay and while Stoke have consolidated their position in the top half of the Premier League table under his watch, it is not for the amount of time put into defending at training.
Wilson was asked where his best position is and where his future lies and the Irish defneder responded with a snarky tweet.
@LGH87 @Jon19861 @AnthonyBoughey centre back mate. But it would actually help if we ever did any defensive training which we dont😡

Despite the fact that he is still coming back from a knee injury sustained in January, he did not feature during Stoke's 1-1 draw with Middlesborough yesterday and could be on his way out of Hughes' squad.
Bournemouth are crying out for an experienced international-level defender and could be bagging themselves a deal in Wilson, who will be keen to impress Martin O'Neill ahead of the World Cup qualifier against Serbia in September.
Bournemouth are signing Marc Wilson from Stoke for £2m. Deal could rise to £4m. #afcb #scfc
