Ireland international Marc Wilson has attempted to play down fears over his latest injury after suffering a setback when he limped out of a training match today.
Wilson is hoping to recover from a knee ligament injury in time to go to Euro 2016 but the Stoke defender tweeted later to say that the knock wasn't as bad as he had first thought.
Injury today not as bad as first thought. Was my first real tough tackle so had some pain with it which Is expected.

Wilson, who can fill in at full-back and central defence, has 24 Ireland caps to his name, but has been absent internationally since the first leg of the Euro 2016 playoff against Bosnia in November.
