The Republic of Ireland have fallen outside the Top 50 in the latest FIFA World Rankings that were released today.
Martin O'Neill's side drop one place to 51st in the World and are now sandwiched between Venezuela and Jamaica in the World Rankings.
With Ireland's qualification for Euro 2016 on rocky ground it should not be a surprise that the team are ranked as the 31st best team from the UEFA organisations.
Argentina remain at the top of the rankings with Belgium in second and World Champions Germany in third.
Wales have leapfrogged England into ninth place with Roy Hodgson's side completing the top ten. Scotland have risen one spot to 31st place while Northern Ireland have dropped a spot to 41st place.
Ireland's opponents on Monday night in their Euro 2016 qualifer Georgia have risen seven places to 147th. Gibraltar remain outside the rankings as they are yet to be recognised by FIFA.
