Dundalk have drawn 1-1 with Iceland's FH Hafnarfjordur in the first leg of their Champions League second round qualifying clash.
David McMillan had put Stephen Kenny's side 1-0 up on 66 minutes at Oriel Park.
But they could not prevent their opponents getting a crucial away goal 10 minutes later through Scottish forward Steven Lennon.
The second leg takes place on July 20th and Dundalk will have to score to have any chance of progressing past the reigning Icelandic champions.
