Gabriel Agbonlahor's future at Aston Villa has been cast into doubt, with the news the striker will not play for the team, while an internal investigation takes place at the club.
Agbohlahor was pictured smoking from a shisha-pipe during the international break last weekend in Dubai. The 29-year-old was on holidays with Aston Villa's captain Micah Richards.

The news comes days after Remi Garde was sacked by the club after a disastrous season in the Premier League. Aston Villa look set to be relegated from England's top-tier for the first time in the Premier League era. The Birmingham club are one only only seven teams to have played in every season of the Premier League.
Agbonlahor is the longest-serving player at the club. He made his debut for Villa in 2006, after progressing through the youth teams. He spent brief loan spells at Watford and Sheffield Wednesday before making his debut for his local club.
Aston Villa are currently bottom of the Premier League, 12-points away from safety. They welcome Chelsea to Villa Park on Saturday afternoon.
