FIFA votes to introduce wide-ranging reforms in the organisation

FIFA has voted overwhelmingly to introduce reforms at their Extraordinary Congress which are seen as crucial to the survival of football's World governing body. 

The reforms, which will be introduced almost immediately sees the governance of the association greatly affected. One of the main reforms will be centred around elected representatives. FIFA's new President will only be allowed keep their position for a maximum of three four-year periods. Wages will also be published

The association claim the reforms have been introduced to create "a stronger FIFA". A video was released earlier this year that shows what changes to the organisation will be made.
