Leicester's Robert Huth will miss the Premier League champions' final two games of the season.
The German defender has been banned for three matches by the Football Association following a clash with Manchester United's Marouane Fellaini last weekend.
Fellaini has also been banned for United's three remaining league games, but will be available for the FA Cup final.
The FA confirmed that both players accepted the charge, but that Huth "contested that the standard penalty of a three-match suspension would be 'clearly excessive.'"
However that was rejected after an Independent Regulatory Commission hearing.
