Everton have signed Wales captain Ashley Williams.
The 31-year-old defender moves from Swansea on a three-year contract, for a fee believed to be in the region of £12 million.
The Toffees had a bid of about £10 million rejected but the £47.5 million sale of John Stones to Manchester City gives Everton extra cash to spend.
