Mick McCarthy's Republic of Ireland side will enter 'Group E' if they qualify through the EURO 2020 playoffs.
Should the Republic overcome Slovakia in the semi-final and set up a potential playoff final meeting against Northern Ireland/Bosnia in the other semi-final playoff, they'll be in 'Group E' with three-time Championship winners Spain, 2012 co-hosts Poland and 1992 semi-finalists Sweden.
