Eric Dier jumped into the crowd at Tottenham Hotspur's penalty shoot out loss to Norwich City at the Tottenham Stadium.
Dier appeared to be highly agitated about a situation apparently involving his brother, as he explains to stewards that is the reason that he jumped into the fans.

Dier scored a penalty in the shoot-out, in which Republic of Ireland striker Troy Parrott also missed.
Parrott had come on as a substitute in the match, and had appeared lively up front.
He hit his penalty straight at Norwich's goalkeeper Tim Krul, with a moment that Irish football fans watched with some despair.
In better new for Ireland fans, Adam Idah hit a beautiful penalty into the top-right corner.
Gedson Fernandes missed the decisive penalty. Jose Mourinho reiterated this week that Parrott was 'not ready' for first-team action despite injury.
