Cristiano Ronaldo may play some part in Real Madrid's Champions League semi-final second leg after he returned to first team training yesterday.
The Portuguese forward was forced to sit out the scoreless first leg at the Etihad Stadium and also missed Saturday’s 1-0 Primera Division win at Real Sociedad with a thigh injury.
The 31-year-old took part in the first half of training on Sunday before completing an individual session in the afternoon. He took full part in today's session.
Other injury doubts ahead of Wednesday night's game include French striker Karim Benzema who is struggling with a hamstring issue, as well as midfielder Casemiro who picked up a knock during the win over Sociedad.
Manchester City rested a number of players in their 4-2 defeat to Southampton over the weekend and in anticipation for the Champions League clash.
