Ireland goalkeeper Rob Elliot appeared to pick up a fairly serious injury in tonight's 2-2 friendly draw with Slovakia.
He twisted his knee early in the game at the Aviva Stadium, and will now be a doubt for his club Newcastle and their crucial Premier League trip to Norwich on Saturday.

Newcastle described the injury as serious on their social media channel, although no confirmation of the extent of the problem has been confirmed:

West Ham's Darren Randolph, who has been Ireland's first choice of late, replaced him.
Shay Given, David Forde and Kieren Westwood are the other goalkeeping options vying for a place at Euro 2016.
