Sam Vokes scored the only goal of the game as Burnley secured their spot in next season's Premier League with a victory over QPR.
Sean Dyche's side become the first side since Newcastle and West Brom in 2009 to return to England's top flight at the first time of asking.
After a tentative opening 45 minutes, Vokes struck on the hour mark and his goal proved enough to see them through.
