FIFA vice-president Prince Ali Bin Al Hussein is to run against Sepp Blatter for the top position in football's world governing body.
The Jordanian says it's time to shift the focus away from administrative controversy and back to sport.
He was one of the leading FIFA officials to call for the publication of the full report into Russia and Qatar's winning bids for the 2018 and 2022 World Cups.
"The message I heard, over and over, was that it is time for a change," the Asian Football Confederation's vice-president said.
"The world game deserves a world-class governing body - an international federation that is a service organisation and a model of ethics, transparency and good governance."
