Nottingham Forest and ex-Ireland midfielder Andy Reid says contrary to what the public may think, chairman Fawaz Al-Hasawi doesn't like sacking managers.
Dougie Freedman lost his job at the weekend, following five defeats in their last six Championship matches.
Since July 2012 when Al-Hasawi took over, Forest have had seven managers, including Alex McLeish and club legend Stuart Pearce.

Paul Williams will lead the side until the end of the season with Reid, who has been taking his coaching badges assisting him as interim first team coach.
"I think there could be the possibility that somebody might come in and help out, I'm not too sure. But [Al-Hasawi] has said that we would probably be in charge until the end of the season and then we'll take it from there," said Reid.
