Dutchman Michael van Praag and Slovenia's Aleksander Ceferin remain in the running.
Ceferin has been backed by the Football Association of Ireland, while Van Praag was an early candidate for the FIFA presidency.
The election for UEFA President will take place in Athens, Greece on September 14th.
