A six-point try is to be trialled in Welsh rugby union this season.
The Principality Premiership will also have penalties and drop-goals reduced from three points to two.
The trial is designed to test whether it makes games more open and attacking with the ball being in play more, and fewer penalty attempts.
In 1992, the value of a try was increased to five points from a previous mark of four.
