In the 133 international matches that Brian O'Driscoll appeared in, only three were against Ireland's next opponents Romania.
BOD came out on the winning side on all three occasions, including at the 2003 World Cup when Ireland recorded a 45–17 victory at the Central Coast Stadium in Gosfored, Australia.
Shane Horgan, Keith Wood, Victor Costello and Dennis Hickie (twice) were the try scorers on that occasion, but the match also featured this classic bit of O'Driscoll magic as he waltzed his way through the Romanian lines:
