Former Ireland lock John Hayes believes Ireland can get the better of England if they can improve on the performance from the Six Nations win over France.
I caught up with the former Munster player at the Irish Sports Awards last night and he is expecting a battle at the Aviva Stadium.
"There's going to be huge competition up front and at the breakdown," he said. "I think if Ireland step up from last time against France, I think they can win."
He also reminisced about his famous tears during the anthems ahead of the 2007 Six Nations match against England at Croke Park:
