The Women's Rugby World Cup begins in Dublin on August 9th, before the tournament moves to Belfast for the knockout stages.
Tournament organisers have announced that they have had to increase the capacity of The UCD Bowl for the opening pool stages, due to "unprecedented demand for tickets".
Over the course of three separate matchdays, 18 games will take place in UCD with the matches split between The UCD Bowl and Billings Park.
Tournament Director, Garrett Tubridy said the increase in tickets was due to The UCD Bowl already selling out fro all three days.
"When we marked 100 days to go, we advised people to get their tickets fast, and sure enough people moved quick. Having sold out the Bowl on all days, and Billings Park on two match days, we revisited our plans to see how we can meet the ongoing demand."
"We are building additional capacity at the Bowl to meet that demand and those tickets are being released to general sale today. It's great to see that the tournament is capturing the imagination of the public and this is being reflected in demand for tickets. We are still looking at Billings Park but will have more news on that in the coming days."
Ireland will play in The UCD Bowl on August 9th, 13th and 17th, before the tournament concludes in Belfast on the Queen's University campus and Kingspan Stadium.
