Ireland U20 hooker Tadgh McElroy has completed his move to English Premiership side Saracens.
The 19-year-old has joined the club's senior academy and joins from Dublin’s Landsdown RFC.
"I am delighted to have signed for the best club team in Europe currently," he said of joining the reigning Champions Cup champions.
"It will take me out of my comfort zone and challenge me 100% and I have no doubt it is the best place for me to develop as a player in a winning environment with excellent coaches."
McElroy came through the ranks at Dundalk RFC and became a mainstay in the Irish U20 side during the Six Nations earlier this year.
"Tadgh is a highly-rated prospect and we’re very happy that he will be joining our academy system. He’s a powerful player, a very good ball-carrier and is strong at the set-piece," said Saracens academy manager, Mike Hynard.
"We're looking forward to helping Tadgh settle in at Saracens and help him fulfil his potential both on and off the field."
