While the fallout from Leinster v Munster abates, there has been a bit of commotion at Ulster which has implications for Ireland.
National team assistant coach Les Kiss will become Ulster's Director of Rugby in about a year's time, while Neil Doak has been confirmed as head coach.
Gerry Thornley and Keith Wood joined us as always on Wednesday Night Rugby and Gerry looked at the potential impact on Ireland head coach Joe Schmidt.
"I would imagine that Kiss is having some hands on role. He will have some kind of regular briefing. He won't just walk away completely from Ulster for the next 12 months," said Gerry.
"It doesn't seem exactly seamless. It's not ideal for Ireland or Joe Schmidt. If up until last season John Plumtree and Les Kiss were his left and right hand arms, he's lost one arm and is about to lose the other after the World Cup."
Meanwhile, Keith admitted that he feels frustrated that Ian Madigan is being "shunted around" at Leinster.
"I'm very frustrated watching Ian Madigan being shunted around. I'm still of the belief he should be playing 10 for Leinster and try build the team in and around him," said Keith.
The lads also offered their analysis of Leinster v Munster and where the game was won and lost, with Gerry describing it as a "big wake up call for Leinster" and a "huge win for Anthony Foley".
