Pro14 wrap up: Leinster make it 5 wins from 5 and Ulster see off Zebre

Leinster continued their unbeaten start to the season with a comfortable win over the Dragons while Ulster eventually saw off Zebre in Belfast.

It ended 50-15 to Leinster in the RDS Arena while Ulster secured a 22-7 victory over a Zebre side yet to win in this year's competition.

Leo Cullen's side were back in try-scoring form after a dour 3-0 win over Zebre in Parma the previous week.

The Ulstermen found Zebre similarly difficult to break down at the Kingspan Stadium but the win does see them climb to second place in Conference A.

Harry Byrne, the 20-year-old younger brother of Ross Byrne made his first competitive start for Leinster and impressed, soring a try after 32 minutes.

The conditions were horrendous at the RDS but it didn't inhibit Leinster's try-scoring ability too much as they put 8 tries past a poor Dragons side.

The 35-point win sees Leinster go five points clear at the top of Conference A, although the Cheetahs can narrow that to three should they secure a bonus-point win over Scarlets tomorrow.

Ulster will have been happy to get their third win on the bounce, regardless of the performance, after they shipped 63 points to the Cheetahs in Bloemfontein at the four weeks ago.

Elsewhere in the Pro14, Glasgow eased past the Southern Kings at Scotstoun Stadium with a 50-0 win over the South Africans.

That brings the Warriors up to fourth place in Conference A after a poor start to the season saw them lose three of their opening four matches.

Connacht and Munster are both in action tomorrow with Andy Friends' men taking on the Ospreys in Swansea while Johann van Graan's side travel to Cardiff to face the Blues.

Both sides have had positive starts to the season with Connacht sitting on top of Conference B, while Munster are one behind them in second place.
