With Ireland's international team a priority and Leinster's dominance over Munster on and off the field of play unequivocal, has the Munster-Leinster rivalry lost its bite?
Arguing that all sense of a derby is dead, Ger Gilroy believes the game has become little more than a training session in recent years.
On the other side, Munster native Eoin Sheahan is adamant that the rivalry remains relevant and, what's more, will restore to a more even competitive balance in the seasons to come.
Falling somewhere in the middle, Adrian Barry believes the rivalry remains alive but there will be no real competitive balance to speak of as was the case throughout previous decades.
