Leinster's Te'o has escaped with a warning over his future conduct after he was also found guilty of foul play during their draw against the Ospreys last week.
The centre was found to have "struck out at an opponent with a leading forearm" but it was deemed that the offence did not warrant a red card.
However, the panel noted that Te'o's act "was an increasing and worrying trend in the game".
