Seven players from the Irish provinces have been named in the Guinnes Pro12 dream team this season.
Ulster have three players in the side with winger Craig Gilroy, captain Rory Best and second-row, Franco van der Merwe making it in.

Connacht's Robbie Henshaw and Dennis Buckley have been included at centre and prop respectively.

Munster also have two representatives in CJ Stander and Tommy O'Donnell, who are both included in the back-row.

There are no Leinster players in the Pro12 team of the season, but there was still some good news for the province today after it emerged that Cian Healy's neck surgery had gone well and that the loosehead prop is expected to be fully fit for Ireland's World Cup campaign.
