Leinster have announced that they have decided not to appeal against Jack McGrath's three-week ban.
The Irish international is set to miss Leinster's crucial European Champions Cup pool games against Castres and Wasps.
The loosehead prop was initially punished for a stamping offence on Ulster's Rory Best during the recent Pro 12 derby at the RDS.
Leinster say that they took legal advice before ultimately deciding not to lodge an appeal.
McGrath will be free to return to play on January 25th.
