I think Iain Henderson is a very fine player and I love the movement of his feet.
It's very important to watch when he gets the ball. Even just before he gets it, he tends to adjust his two feet - but just on the point of contact.
He does it often and it means he gets an extra couple of metres or sometimes breaks the tackle.
It's very hard to have a big guy being able to move that deftly in that position but it's fantastic.
He's one of the better and more powerful ball carriers because of it.
I think it's very hard to impart that to a player and I think it's a very natural skill and ability.
You can try and teach somebody how to take the steps but it's the timing and the good feel for it that is important.
But he does an awful lot of good stuff every time he comes on. I take the point that he has been a very good impact sub for Ireland but you want your best players on the field and you want them starting if at all possible.
I think he deserves his slot to be honest.
